Looking back on 2018, we are proud to share the goals we reached and the challenges that we overcame. Some of those advancements were:
- Enabled outbound SIP Trunking functionality for local and global dialing
- Expanded global DID coverage in Mexico, the Russian Federation, Taiwan, France, Uganda, South Korea, Nicaragua, Vietnam, Philippines and Thailand
- Enabled customer access to the new network POPs in Los Angeles, Miami and Singapore
- Implemented a phone number selection tool on the DIDWW User Panel
- Provided DIDWW REST API enhancements with additional functionality and libraries
- Improved voice capacity management
- Implemented two-factor authentication for account logins
- Enhanced the functionality of the call.center™ VoIP softphone
- Released the commercial version of phone.systems™
2018 was an important year in the exponential growth of DIDWW. We achieved major goals as a team, and strengthened partnerships with our customers. We are truly proud to look back on 2018, and are excited about the challenges that await us in 2019.
