2022 was a significant year for the DIDWW team, with many accomplishments and milestones that we are proud to share. With a strong commitment to our goals, we continue to deliver premium quality two-way VoIP and SMS communication services that meet and exceed our customer needs.
The most important achievements of 2022 are highlighted below:
- Launched an enhanced self-service User Panel, with a new dashboard, simplified SMS trunk management, and an upgraded porting tool.
- Increased our global coverage of local, national, mobile, toll-free and SMS-enabled numbers in Belgium, Vietnam, Moldova, South Africa and Kenya.
- Expanded UIFN number reachability in Moldova.
- Extended: a. local termination services in Georgia and Slovenia;
b. two-way SMS coverage in Belgium and South Africa;
c. A2P SMS coverage in Poland and Thailand;
d. emergency services in the Netherlands, Germany, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Australia, Argentina, New Zealand, Brazil, France, Croatia, Turkey, Ireland, Greece and Chile;
e. porting coverage in South Africa, Poland, Norway, Cyprus, Chile and Estonia; - Enhanced DID number searches on the User Panel and API with the NPA/NXX search functionality.
- Strengthened account security with an additional login option – Web Authentication.
- Completed multiple integrations with 3rd party services and became solution partners with Avaya and Ribbon.
- Maintained an ISO 27001 certification.
- Acquired an operator’s license in Slovenia, Croatia and Spain.
- Joined the Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA) to further strengthen protection against telecom fraud.
- Obtained an E.212 shared Mobile Country Code and Mobile Network Code from the ITU.
