We are thrilled to announce that we have launched our enhanced self-service user portal, which includes a new dashboard, simplified SMS trunk management, and an upgraded porting tool. This interface is built on a new framework that greatly enhances the overall interface performance, providing faster page load times, as well as improved maintainability and scalability.
The new dashboard optimizes your daily workflows on the DIDWW User Panel, making administrative processes more convenient and efficient. To simplify the management of SMS trunks, we have combined the SMS IN and SMS OUT trunks into a single trunk type called SMS. In addition, based on customer feedback, we have implemented many useful and practical changes to our online porting tool, which will be added to the DIDWW API in the near future.
We continue to improve and update our User Panel, introducing powerful new features that will further enhance your overall user experience, increasing efficiency, flexibility and ease of use.
