As part of our commitment to deliver the highest quality and fully compliant VoIP communications worldwide, we have joined the Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA) to further enhance our protection against telecom fraud.
Founded in 1985, CFCA is a non-profit international association focused on risk management, loss prevention and fraud control. The association is composed of over 115 different carriers, private network owners, end-users, law enforcement officers, fraud management vendors and service providers from around the world, with over 600 individual members that actively collaborate to prevent communication fraud.
As a member of this association, DIDWW will actively participate in conferences and educational activities, where we will share our expertise and focus on the competencies needed to address emerging fraud issues and successfully manage risk.
