Your AI agent can now run your DIDWW account. One MCP server URL, 81 tools, plain-language requests - no API key, no new credentials to manage. It uses whatever access the connecting user already has.

Most of the tools are writes, not reads: this isn't just an agent that checks status, it's one that gets things done. Same authorization rules as the self-service user panel apply throughout.

Agents can:

  • Phone numbers - Search coverage, review pricing, purchase and manage DID numbers.
  • Inbound routing - Create and manage SIP, PSTN, and phone.systems™ trunks, configure failover and load balancing.
  • Messaging - Manage SMS trunks, groups, routing, and DID assignments.
  • Capacity - Review, purchase, and assign voice channels.
  • Billing and payments - Review balances, invoices, orders, payments, refunds, and saved payment methods.
  • Exports - Prepare and download supported call-record, SMS-log, DID-number, order, and payment exports.
  • Compliance and verification - Manage identities, addresses, documents, and verifications.
  • Emergency calling - Review requirements, create supported services, and submit or resubmit emergency verifications.
  • Users and invitations - Review account users and manage supported user invitations.

How access works: The connection uses OAuth authorization - your agent acts as the DIDWW user who approved it, with the same roles and permissions that apply in the User Panel. No password or API key is entered in the MCP client. Protected actions - purchases, terminations, significant changes - use a two-step confirmation so you review before anything is applied.

Compatible MCP clients include Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity. Other remote MCP clients may also connect.

This is early-stage technology, and adoption will be gradual. We invite technical teams to try it out and share feedback.
