We are thrilled to announce the new addition of CNAM (Caller ID Name) management to the DIDWW User Panel. This feature is exclusively available for virtual phone numbers in the United States, allowing you to enable CNAM for your DID numbers and make the necessary configurations.
CNAM functionality offers users the convenience of displaying the caller's name alongside their phone number, making it easier to identify incoming calls before picking up. With CNAM OUT, you have the ability to customize the Caller ID name for your U.S. number, while CNAM IN allows you to view the Caller ID name of other U.S. numbers calling you.
It's important to note that if you activate CNAM functionality on your DIDs, there will be an additional charge for incoming calls from U.S. source numbers. However, it's a small price to pay for the added convenience and personalization that CNAM provides.
