We are constantly enhancing and updating the functionality of our self-service user portal in an effort to provide DIDWW customers with the best user experience. That is why we are excited to announce that the latest update to the DIDWW User Panel includes a System notifications feature.

This new feature enables administrators and users to assign a certain role allocated to the account to automatically receive relevant notification emails. Up to 10 email addresses can be added to receive specified notifications, even if the email addresses do not have direct access to the account.

The list of configurable notifications includes reports on the end-user ID/address verifications, porting, declined or missing payment methods, invoices, new and pending orders, payment receipts and cancelations, and more.

We anticipate that this new and improved notification functionality will allow you to keep a better track of your account at DIDWW and make your daily tasks easier. Detailed information about this feature can be found in our knowledgebase.
