We are pleased to announce the upcoming addition of outbound SMS services to the DIDWW product portfolio, with our users being easily able to configure, manage and monitor outbound SMS trunks via the DIDWW self-service User Panel.
It is expected that by the end of 2018, this outbound SMS service will be available as a limited beta version, allowing user to create HTTP trunks. An SMPP outbound SMS trunk option will be added early in 2019.
The development team will initially deploy person-to-person (P2P) messaging, with application-to-person (A2P) messaging following soon after.
It will be possible to assign outbound SMS trunks to all local, national and mobile SMS-enabled DIDs. The DIDWW SMS service is currently supported in 16 countries including Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Finland, Poland, Sweden, and the Russian Federation, with steady, planned coverage expansion.
