We are pleased to announce that our new Mega POP in Singapore is now fully functional and customers are welcome to configure this POP as the default server of their choice. This advancement follows the recent activation of our Mega POPs in Los Angeles and Miami earlier this year.
These strategically-placed additions to our infrastructure will enhance the quality and reliability of our IP backbone, and ensure global access to premium network performance and low-latency services.
In order to use these Mega POPs, please add the following IP addresses to your SIP configuration:
46.19.212.14 - Los Angeles
46.19.213.14 - Miami
46.19.214.14 - Singapore
Users will also need to confirm through a special notice displayed on the dashboard of the DIDWW User Panel that they have completed this IP address configuration before they are able to add these POPs to their trunk settings.
