In 2023, DIDWW products and services underwent substantial growth and development, further reinforcing our mission as a premier global provider of top-notch, two-way Voice and SMS communications.

Among our many achievements, the following highlights stand out:

  • Acquired our own numbering ranges in Sweden, Austria, Spain and Switzerland.
  • Enhanced the self-service User Panel, introducing numerous improvements, including CNAM (Caller ID Name) management, an upgraded API Key management tool, Emergency Calling and A2P SMS Campaigns as new functionalities.
  • Added alphanumeric A2P SMS services in 22 European countries: Austria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
  • Extended:                                                                                                                                               a. Local voice termination services in Singapore, Japan and the Czech Republic;
    b. Two-way SMS coverage in Israel and Mexico;
    c. Emergency calling services in Estonia, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.
  • Increased our global coverage of local, national, mobile, toll-free and SMS-enabled DID numbers in Malaysia and Mexico.
  • Extended our porting coverage in Chile, and introduced free number portability in Sweden.
  • Integrated with a number of 3rd party services and became solution partners with Genesys and Zapier.
  • Launched two new Points of Presents (POPs) in Amsterdam and Hong Kong.
  • Joined the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) to actively participate in initiatives promoting advanced telecommunications in the Pacific Rim.

Throughout 2023, our focus remained on maintaining proven customer service, expanding our product range, strengthening business ties, and establishing new partnerships. DIDWW continually strives to deliver compelling improvements to our system and services, with ongoing efforts directed toward achieving our ambitious development goals for 2024.
