A year in review – 2021 at DIDWW
2021 was a year of remarkable growth for our products and services, furthering DIDWW mission as a leading global provider of premium quality two-way VoIP and SMS communications. Among our many achievements, the following are the most important:
- Increased our global coverage for local, national, mobile, toll-free and SMS-enabled numbers in Colombia, Norway, North Macedonia, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Russia, Belgium, Indonesia and Thailand.
- Extended:
a. local termination services in Turkey, Colombia, Norway, Argentina, Albania, Panama and Slovakia;
b. two-way SMS coverage in Russia, Thailand and Chile;
c. emergency services in Norway, Bulgaria, Thailand and Panama;
d. porting coverage in Poland, Norway and Australia - Expanded the functionality of the powerful DIDWW API by adding Call Events, and other new features.
- Improved the DIDWW self-service user panel with new features, including System notifications, Billing Cycles and more.
- Released phone.systems™ versions 2.10 and 2.11 with the addition of many useful features and tools, as well as new pricing plans for this cloud PBX.
- Introduced UIFN services, reachable from 63 countries.
- Implemented the STIR/SHAKEN set of standards for caller ID authentication.
- Joined the GSMA, thereby becoming a member of all the major international telecommunication organizations, including RIPE NCC and the ITU.
The year 2021 was dedicated to expanding our product range, maintaining our excellent customer service, strengthening business ties and building new partnerships. DIDWW is constantly striving to deliver powerful and practical improvements to our products and services in order to provide our customers with advanced solutions and a unique experience for enhanced business communications.
