User Roles feature on DIDWW User Interface

Our commitment to ensure the best user experience to our customer requires our team to constantly investigate user behaviour and flows, gather the valuable feedback and suggestions from our customers. That is why we are excited to introduce the highly requested User Interface feature - user Roles.

The Roles functionality allows the account owner to invite users to his/her account by assigning a certain role or roles to the invited user. There are 5 role types available, and a single user may be assigned several roles. A new user can be invited by selecting the “Account Settings” section on the left side menu of DIDWW User Panel, clicking on the “Users” tab and then the “+Invite User” button.

A pop-up window appears, where the new user’s email and name should be entered and the required role(s) selected.
