We are pleased to announce that our new Mega POP in Los Angeles, USA is now fully functional and customers are welcome to configure this POP as the default server of their choice. Two additional Mega POPs, located in Miami and Singapore, will become accessible to customers by 1st July, 2018. These strategically-placed additions to our infrastructure will enhance the quality and reliability of our IP backbone, and ensure access to premium network performance and low-latency services. Of particular importance is our Mega POP in Singapore, which will address our rapidly growing phone number coverage and expanding customer base in the Far East.
Users are requested to please add the following IP addresses to your SIP configuration:
46.19.212.14 - Los Angeles
46.19.213.14 - Miami
46.19.214.14 - Singapore
Users will also need to confirm on a special notice displayed on the dashboard of the DIDWW User Panel that they have completed this configuration, before they are able to add these POPs to their trunk settings.
